1. Agreement

KCG provides executive business consulting, strategic advisory, leadership development, and related services. All services are outlined in individual service agreements provided prior to engagement.
3. Payment & Refunds
All fees are due as outlined in your service agreement. Deposits are non-refundable. All terms and conditions must be reviewed and agreed to BEFORE payment is processed. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of payment and are subject to review.
4. Intellectual Property
All content — including text, frameworks, and materials — is the intellectual property of Kambiar Healthcare, LLC. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and implementing recommendations. KCG is not liable for outcomes resulting from incomplete implementation or inaccurate information provided by the client.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
